The Clarimont project house had it's foundation underpinned and the house was lifted off the foundation.

Enerpac hydraulics were used to support the house while the piles were removed and then used to lift and relevel the house.

The house was then repacked under the bottom plate and steel straps were used inside to hold the house to the foundation.

Moisture barrier was then laid on the ground to stop moisture and vapours from escaping into the house and can keep the house up to 5 degrees warmer in the winter.
